HUSHED TEARS OF AN ANGEL

It was a moment

Of tender awareness

A feeling that penetrates her being
and rips through her heart

For she is seeing

Past his armor

Listening to his unspoken cries

His innermost desires

Hidden from her eyes.

Face to face, with no words between them
lost in eternities gaze

He sees the small tear well in her eye

She doesn’t hide it.

His face, now takes on the concern of a lover

Wanting to make her wrongs right.

“what is it my love, what makes you sad"?

She looks lovingly into his confused eyes,

Gently placing a finger to his lips

To hush his inquiry, she replies

“These tears are not for me by love,

They are for you”

Rogue comet hurtling through space
Its trajectory frightening
Traveling at a lightening pace
Wreaking havoc in Martian spheres
Playing a game of cat and mouse
Flying high, Defying the sky
In ginormous gravitational stratospheres

Don’t think you can taunt
Just because you have remained untouched thus far
You will have your ass whipped by our super-hot star
You’ll end up in a place called Kingdom come

Fool, you will come undone
Spewing gas and dust until you diminish
Your life and light finished.

HA HA... I'M HAVING A BIT OF FUN HERE, 
this was just a quick silly poem about a comet called ISON, 
a "sungrazer" a name given to a comet that goes very close to the sun...

Gazing longingly into the evening sky
 I envision a scene of you and I

as we rendezvous atop Aphrodites Terra
I can see her glowing brightly there for me
guiding me, beckoning me

Poignant eyes hide countless tears

which have fallen silently down these untouched cheeks

Never having felt the warmth of your kiss,

Still, I search each night for an answer

looking for a way out

My window, 
now covered in the icy morning dew,

obscures my view
Reluctant to wake from this dream

My heart still yearning for you

Do you hear me when I call out for you?

I see you baby waiting there for me

So please, continue to follow your heart my Dear

No more room for doubt or fear

Because we both know that

our love will set us free

ORCHESTRATED OVERSTAND

It’s a place where 
seemingly 
impossibly 
occurring happenstance meets

a word spoken, a line read

a melody that was playing out  in my head

two events woven together with the  precision

of a drummers intrinsic rhythm

to tell me that I’m on track

With my life, My destiny

pure serendipity

,

A moment...where my inner thoughts echo

with sounds from the outside world 
to manifest in 

real~i~tee

In that moment the sublunary world is shifted

to create a fleeting portal ... to perception

A place where acumen can coalesce
with compositions of deep 
subtle~tee
 
 To overstand the orchestrations
that titilate and caress my awareness

I AM 
listening to the song that was designed to entice me

to invite me

to dance
